• Artificial Colors 

  Below is a short list of greater known effects in studied artificial food colorants:

  • Red #40: ADHD, lymphomas, infertility, chromosomal damage
  • Yellow #5: Kidney tumors, asthma, insomnia, aggressive behavior, lymphoma, thyroid cancer
  • Yellow #6: Eczema, thyroid cancer
  Red #3: Thyroid cancer, chromosomal damage
  • Caramel Coloring: High blood pressure, lowers white blood cells, cancer
  • Blue #2: Brain tumors 
  • Green #3: Bladder tumors 
  • Yellow #5: Kidney tumors, insomnia, ADHD, lymphomas, asthma

  • Aspartame: Cancer, headaches, dizziness, blurred vision
  • Saccharin: Bladder cancer 
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup: Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, insulin resistance
  • Sucralose: Enlarged liver and kidneys, kills 50% of good gut bacteria

  There are around 2,000-3,000 chemical combinations that make up artificial flavor profiles that are approved by the FDA, or that have achieved GRAS status. These chemical combinations used to produce artificial flavors have been known to cause:
